Apple Pear Marinade


1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup soy sauce
1 Apple Pear, peeled and finely diced
3 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp pepper
2 tsp fresh garlic, minced


Shake all ingredients together. It makes a large batch, which would probably be sufficient to marinate 4 tri-tips or 5 lbs of chicken thighs. Feel free to halve the recipe.


Use the marinade on: 

Vegetables: Squash, Onion, Peppers, Mushrooms, etc.

Grill on the BBQ. Be sure to cook all meats thoroughly. Discard excess marinade after cooking.
