Sliced Ham (honey baked, deli-sliced, whatever you have on hand)
1 yellow peach
1 slice each of white and wheat bread for every 2 sandwiches
Remove crusts from bread. Slice it so that the remaining white and wheat pieces are the same size.
Slice the yellow peach - peel it first, if desired.
Spread a thin layer of dijon onto a piece of wheat bread. Layer on ham, then peaches. Top with white bread.
Slice on the diagonal.
