1 cup Quinoa, uncooked
2-3 White Nectarines, pitted & diced
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp light brown sugar
Rinse the Quinoa.
Add two cups of water, 1 tsp vanilla, and the cup of Quinoa to a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil, and then cover and simmer for 15 minutes until the grains are translucent.
Stir in the butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. After the sugar has dissolved, add in the diced nectarines.
Enjoy warm.
